1. Returns


1.1. Thank you for shopping at Avail Pharmacy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1.2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.


1.3. Time Frame: You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


1.4. Proof of Purchase: To process your return, you may be required to provide information confirming that you are the original purchaser of the order. This may include details necessary for our customer support team to verify and match the return request with the original transaction.

1.6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using Royal Mail or a similar traceable service to ensure safe delivery.


1.7. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.


1.8. Refund Method: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow upto 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.

2.1. Conditions: We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the returned product is not in its original packaging or does not meet the eligibility criteria in section 1.2.


2.2. Processing Time: Refunds are processed once the item is inspected and approved. If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of approval, please contact us.

3.1. Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, such as prescription medications and other healthcare products, due to health and safety regulations. This applies unless the items are defective or incorrect.


4. Exchanges


4.1. We do not offer exchanges for products purchased through our website. To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
